When the news of the Jackson reforms first began to circulate more than one person connected with the profession suggested quietly that a move into professional negligence might be the way to ensure profitability. Now we hear that thousands of claims by sick miners who were given negligent personal injury claim advice may well be bringing claims against their original solicitors...
